Service Outage of the Odyssey Case Management System

Please be advised of a service outage of the Odyssey Case Management system used by the Clerk’s Office for State Court (Jury Division) and Magistrate Court, and the Odyssey Portal used by the public. Both systems will be suspended to facilitate technical work beginning on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 6:00pm until 1:00pm on August 13, 2017. The Clerk’s Office will be open for business as usual. All documents electronically filed through EfileGA will be processed beginning on August 13, 2017, with the submit date as the file date pursuant to current practice.
