Although the Statewide/Judicial Emergency has ended and the courthouse is open to the provide in-person services, certain precautions remain in place to protect the public and court staff. Most proceedings are in-person, but some continue to be conducted online via Zoom. Bench trials and jury trials are scheduled directly by the judges’ staff to promote safe interactions within the courthouse. All noticed appearances, including arraignments and trials, and whether virtual or in-person, are mandatory. Failure to appear for a scheduled court proceeding may result in sanctions by the court. For your convenience, cashiers are available at the court to accept payments during business hours. Accepted forms of payment are credit/debit card, cashier’s check or money order, and exact change for cash transactions. Split payments are not accepted, and photo ID is required for all credit/debit card transactions. A drop box is also located outside the Camp Circle Court building, to the right of the revolving door and may be accessed at any time. Please do not place cash in the drop box.
