DeKalb County Judicial Operations

Although the Statewide/Judicial Emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic has ended, some proceedings continue to be conducted via on-line platforms to protect the health and safety of the public and court staff. Appearing for arraignment and trial, whether virtual or in-person, is mandatory. Failure to appear as directed may result in the suspension of your driving privileges and sanctions by the court.

Our website at www.dekalbstatecourt.net is updated regularly to provide current information and guidance on how to access our services. If you have recently received a citation from a police officer with a court appearance date, you may contact the court at 404-294-2099 to confirm that your case has been docketed, the nature and time of your next scheduled proceedings, and whether you are required to appear in-person or online. If you would like to resolve your Traffic case more expeditiously online, please visit:  https://cii2.courtinnovations.com/GADCSC/

For your convenience, cashiers are available at the court to accept payments during business hours.  Accepted forms of payment are credit/debit card, cashier’s check or money order, and exact change for cash transactions.  Split payments are not accepted, and photo ID is required for all credit/debit card transactions.  A drop box is also located outside the Camp Circle Court building, to the right of the revolving door and may be accessed at any time.  Please do not place cash in the drop box.  You may also pay your citation over the phone during business hours by calling 404-294-2099 or anytime online at Pay Here
