The State Court of DeKalb County will only be handling “essential functions” as determined by the court pursuant to the Supreme Court Chief Justice’s Judicial Emergency Order, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. From March 16, 2020, through March 9, 2021, all traffic court arraignments and hearings will be online and virtual hearings. All jury trials have also been moved to online and virtual hearings.
